Since 1980, Catherine's entire career has been accounting.  Several early positions provided her first experiences in construction accounting where she rose to accounting manager.  During the mid-1990's banking crisis, she maintained numerous bank general ledgers for the Resolution Trust Corporation (through an independent contractor) until the distressed bank's assets could be liquidated and proceeds distributed.  In 2001, Catherine, made a conscious decision to move permanently into construction accounting.  Starting from a staff position, she rapidly rose to Controller of a large Southern California General Contractor where she remained until the company moved to Arizona in 2007.  After seeing the company through their transition period, Cathi organized a new company, Contractors Accounting Group, specializing in providing Southern California General Contractors, Architects and Sub-Contractors the same high level of service and dependability experienced by even the largest construction related firms in the region.
